How much does the consultation cost?

The consultation is absolutely free. Simply schedule the time that is convenient for you and it’s all set. Our team of specialists will visit your site for inspection to discuss your requirements.

How long does it take to finish the design of a project?

The design can take from 3 to 10 working days. It all depends on the scale of the project, the amount of detail, the scope (whether it’s interior design or landscape design), and the desired presentation (3D walkthrough or 2D plan).

What is Hammer’s lead time to start any project?

We normally take 3 days to start a project; however, that depends on the time it takes to obtain the authority approvals needed to start the project.

How long will my project take to be completed?

Every project is unique! We can only determine the duration of the project once we confirm the required scope of works, the scale of the project, and the site conditions.

Will the design be free of charge?

We charge for our designs as it takes time and effort to come up with unique ideas for your project! Depending on the size of the project, once the project is awarded to us, we may wave off the design fees as a thank you for working with us!

Will I be charged for any revisions to the design?

As long as the design is still in the process of modification, there won’t be revision modification fees. Once the design is approved by the client and closed, additional revisions will be chargeable.

Can you give me a quote without a site inspection?

We always prefer to check the site conditions before issuing a quote. In case a site inspection is not possible at the time of the inquiry, we reserve the right to modify the quote according to the site requirements once the project is confirmed.

What is included in the Annual Maintenance Contract?

AMCs consist of periodical preventative maintenance visits. Our team will inspect your home’s ACs, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure that there are no faults that can lead to bigger problems in the future. AMCs also include specific hours of handyman and minor repairs, as well as unlimited emergency callouts.
